Chartered Fellow (FCMI)

I’m delighted to share that I have been awarded Chartered Fellow (FCMI) status by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

After recently completing a level 7 senior leader apprenticeship, and a decade as a Chartered Manager, becoming a Fellow is a major professional milestone. It recognises 10 years of commitment to operational excellence, high-performing teams, and ethical, impactful leadership. Leadership requires continuous learning and adaptation. I’m proud to be part of a community dedicated to raising management standards worldwide.

My sincere thanks to my mentors, colleagues, and the CMI team for their guidance and support. I look forward to the next chapter, leading with purpose in business and out in the wilderness.
